I have 2 children. Can they be in a lesson together?
Of course they can. As long as they are within the similar age group, siblings are welcomed to join the class together.
Do you offer make-ups for missed lessons?
Yes, we allow students to rejoin at the next available class, based on availability.
What if my child couldn't understand the lesson content?
Not to worry, our instructors are well-versed in distilling the content into small easy segments, so your child can take his/her time to understand each concepts at their own pace.
Do you offer refunds, credits or transfers?
For some reason if you are unable to attend due to emergency, we can store your credit for a future class booking, or transfer to your friend's child. Just drop us a email to arrange. We regret to inform that we are unable to provide refunds for our services.
How do I change the date and time of my lessons?
We will be happy to adjust the schedule for you. We can also help you with this over email or Whatsapp.
Does my child need to bring along a laptop?
We have desktops available for the whole class, but if your child prefers to use their own, its fine with us too.
