Build Your In-House ComfyUI Team
More companies in Singapore are moving AI image generation in-house. Instead of relying on per-image cloud subscriptions, creative teams are learning to run their own generation pipelines using ComfyUI, a node-based interface that gives full control over how images are produced.
Mind Theory delivers hands-on ComfyUI corporate training for companies that want their teams to own the entire creative AI workflow. We have trained teams across industries, from global technology companies to design agencies and marketing departments.
Why Companies Are Moving to ComfyUI
Cloud-based image generators like Midjourney, Leonardo, Nanobanana, Freepik work well for ~30 images. But when creative teams need to produce at volume, three problems show up fast:
Cost compounds quickly. Per-image fees across a team of 10-20 designers add up to thousands per month. ComfyUI on your own hardware has zero per-image cost after setup.
Brand IP stays on someone else’s servers. Unreleased product visuals, campaign concepts, and confidential creative work all pass through third-party infrastructure. Some services retain usage rights. Running locally removes that risk entirely.
Limited creative control. Cloud tools give you a prompt box. ComfyUI gives you the full pipeline. Your team can control composition, lighting, style transfer, inpainting, outpainting, and post-processing at a level cloud tools simply do not expose.
What Your Team Will Learn
Our corporate ComfyUI training covers everything your team needs to be self-sufficient:
ComfyUI Setup and Configuration
Installing ComfyUI, downloading models, configuring the environment. Your team walks away with a working setup on their own machines.
Node-Based Workflow Building
How to connect nodes for text-to-image, image-to-image, upscaling, image edit, video. No coding required. Our workflow templates are provided to ensure even a beginner can start right away.
Working with Current AI Models
We use open-weight models that offers high quality, such as Black Forest Labs Flux, Qwen Image, LTX, and Z Image. Your team learns which model fits which use case, and how to swap models into existing workflows.
ControlNet and Guided Generation
Using reference images, poses, depth maps, and edge detection to guide output. This is how teams get consistent, brand-aligned results instead of random generations.
Inpainting, Outpainting, and Batch Processing
Editing specific regions of generated images, extending compositions, and running batch multi angle workflows for high-volume production.
Building Reusable Brand Workflows
The real value of ComfyUI is saving workflows as templates. Your team builds a library of brand-tuned pipelines they can reuse across projects, product shoots, campaigns, and social content.
Who This Training Is For
- Creative and design departments producing marketing visuals, product imagery, or campaign assets at scale
- Advertising and media agencies looking to bring AI generation capabilities in-house rather than outsourcing
- Product and e-commerce teams generating lifestyle shots, colour variants, and catalogue imagery from base photographs
- Architecture and interior design studios using AI for concept visualization and client presentations
- Corporate innovation teams exploring AI-driven creative workflows as part of broader digital transformation
We have delivered workshops for government ministries, multinational technology companies, and local creative studios. Every session is customised to your team’s actual workflow and creative needs.
Training Format
Corporate ComfyUI training is delivered on-site at your office or at our studio. Sessions are fully hands-on. Every participant works on their own machine, building real workflows during the training so everything is ready to use immediately after.
We recommend participants bring a laptop or workstation with a dedicated Nvidia GPU (minimum a 4070, ideally a 4090 or 5090) and 300-700 GB of free SSD space. This ensures the full ComfyUI setup stays with your team after the workshop.
Session length and depth can be tailored to your team.
